Fall Yoga & Gem Water Day

Enjoy a relaxing and mindful 30 minutes yoga session with Ulrika Engman to stretch your body and open your mind to the new season and earth cycle. After yoga we will enjoy some gem water while we hear about its benefits with a specialist.

Wear stretchy clothes and bring your yoga mat. The event starts at 10am, plan on one hour total for this event. If you can not come at 10am, stop by any time during the day, Kristin will be at Picayune for the rest of the day to talk about the benefits of Gem water and answer all your questions.
