Fermentation: Fermented in bonar bins and aged 8 months in neutral French oak barrel.
Tasting Note: Garnet in color, the nose offers rich notes of wild strawberry and raspberry. The palate is delicate with more red fruits, hints of toffee and leather. The wine is light to medium body with a good acidity and nice aromatic finish.
