Tasting Notes: Fresh burst of lemon, gooseberry and grapefruit. The palate is bright and lively with lime zest, Asian pear and lemon curd. The wine is balanced with a good acidity and a nice mineral finish. Crisp, delicate, attractive, yet rich at the same time. Drink on its own or pair with seafood, poultry, spicy food and anything that inspires you.
